Q: How quickly will I get my order and how much will it cost?

Orders received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (Monday through Friday) will ship the same day. Most orders are shipped from our main warehouse facilities in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.

Internet orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

We ship with UPS to locations within the USA. Shipping charge is based on how much your order weighs. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Q: What happens if an item is back-ordered?

All of the items at OmniCelBattery.com are stocked in our warehouse. Occasionally, a product may be back-ordered and not available for immediate shipping. If this occurs, we will inform you upon receipt of your order.
